Who is Fleetr?
Fleetr is the leader is telematics based fleet management and risk management tools for small business. We have an AI powered platform that provides actionable insights to fleet owners. Based in Austin, Texas, we serve all of North America as well as several countries in Latin America.
How does Fleetr’s service work?
Each vehicle is equipped with a small device which plugs into the OBDII port located just under the steering wheel. The device is equipped with an array of sensors that capture GPS data as well as accelerometer data which allows our proprietary algorithms to produce valuable data on driving habits. In addition, the devices receive data from the vehicle’s ECU and reports trouble codes in real time to the admin dashboard.
In addition to these devices, Fleetr also provides dash mounted cameras. These cameras are AI powered with adavanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). The cameras record driver behavior events such as hard braking and hard cornering, but also give audio cues to the driver for events such as lane departure. All video is continuously uploaded and is available in the admin dashboard.

How much does Fleetr cost?
The OBDII based solution including hardware is $12.99/ month with no equipment fee.
Dashcams require a two year agreement, a one time setup of $30 and $56.00/month. This includes all the features of the OBDII solution in addition to the dashcam.
Can I install devices myself?
The OBDII devices are easily installed in your vehicle by simply plugging it into the OBDII port near the steering wheel. Dashcams can also be self installed by plugging into the OBDII port for power (using a ‘Y-cable), or can be professionally installed using power directly from the vehicle’s fuse block.
Can I access Fleetr from my mobile device?
Yes! Your admin dashboard is available on both Android and IOS devices via apps – available in the App Store and Play Store
Which desktop browers are compatible with the admin dashboard?

What is the battery consumption of the device on my vehicle?
Our devices consume less than 3 milliamps (0.036 Watts) in an idle state.
Is the operation of my vehicle affected by any of the devices?
No. None of our devices will impact the normal operation of your vehicle.
What is a dual channel dashcam and what are the benefits?
A dual channel dashcam is a vehicle recording system that uses two cameras – one facing forward through the windshield and one facing the rear (inside the vehicle). This allows for simultaneous recording of both the road ahead and inside your vehicle.
